About the role

Mubadala is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to join its Group Communications team. You will shape and execute daily social media activities that boost engagement, reinforce brand awareness, and support the Group’s reputation worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with Mubadala’s brand voice and business objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish compelling content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce high‑quality visual and written assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media strategy and execution within leading agencies or global brands.
• Proven track record of delivering commercially driven content that drives audience growth and measurable business results.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.
