Senior Software Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team delivering technology solutions for a semi‑government university in Abu Dhabi. The role involves full‑life‑cycle development, from concept through design, implementation and deployment of web services and an enterprise service bus. You will work onsite in Abu Dhabi, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and internal architects to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support the university’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate web‑based applications and services for the university client.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing and deployment.
• Implement and maintain enterprise service bus solutions to enable system integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology projects.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3‑5 years of proven software development experience.
• Exposure to web portal development.
• Experience with academic or business applications is a plus.
• Strong team orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
