Senior Solutions Architect – Cloud & AI Platform

About the role

Searce is looking for a senior‑level Solutions Architect to drive AI‑powered transformation for strategic clients in the United Arab Emirates. You will own revenue outcomes, lead end‑to‑end engagements and act as the chief translator between complex business challenges and robust cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales and delivery cycle – forecast, chase, close and ensure real business outcomes for net‑new accounts.
• Architect and execute account‑specific go‑to‑market strategies, partnering with hyperscalers, ISVs and AI platforms to build native tech stacks.
• Lead discovery workshops using first‑principles thinking and apply Searce’s proprietary evlos methodology.
• Design and deliver cloud‑native, data‑centric architectures that integrate AI capabilities such as ML models, NLP and generative AI.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with client stakeholders, translating challenges into actionable, high‑impact solutions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in cloud platform and data engineering solution architecture, with a focus on AI‑driven, cloud‑native transformations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑impact projects that generate significant revenue.
• Hands‑on client‑facing experience as a trusted technical authority for strategic accounts.
• Deep knowledge of the regional ecosystem, including GCP, AWS, key ISVs and AI platforms.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• AI/ML integration: experience with machine‑learning models, NLP, computer‑vision and generative AI APIs.
• Data engineering and data‑centric architecture.
• Design and implementation of cloud‑native, scalable solutions.
