Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Specialist will lead efficient sourcing processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost‑effective procurement aligned with corporate and governmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a transparent, compliant sourcing process in line with Abu Dhabi government regulations and international standards.
• Conduct ethical corporate sourcing, maintaining alignment with legal and ethical requirements.
• Update and manage the Vendor Database, including pre‑qualification, background checks, onboarding, and license verification.
• Develop quality performance guidelines, corrective actions, and verify milestone deliverables for suppliers.
• Support suppliers throughout the bidding process, answering queries and routing them to relevant personnel.
• Facilitate supplier pre‑qualification and due‑diligence in collaboration with business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply management and sourcing.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is desirable.
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and self‑motivation.
• Experience with business planning and knowledge of corporate sourcing principles.
