Senior Specialist, Internal Communications

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Internal Communications will lead the management and enhancement of the organisation’s digital presence through its website and related online platforms. Reporting to the Internal Communications department, the role ensures that digital content aligns with brand standards, engages stakeholders, and supports the company’s communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring it is current, user‑friendly, accessible and compliant with cybersecurity and data‑privacy policies.
• Create, edit and optimise digital content—including text, images, video and other multimedia—in line with branding and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor website performance and user‑engagement metrics, conduct regular audits and implement improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot website issues and coordinate updates with internal teams, external agencies and IT.
• Implement SEO techniques and digital strategies to increase visibility and audience engagement.
• Support digital campaigns, microsites and other online initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align digital platforms with strategic communication goals.
• Contribute to the development of digital communication strategies and stay informed on emerging trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• Proven experience in website management and digital content creation within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, cybersecurity and data‑privacy requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret user‑engagement data and recommend improvements.
