About the role
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to support Business Banking clients through the digital onboarding journey, ensuring compliance with the bank’s control standards and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Business Banking clients in completing their digitally initiated onboarding journey quickly while adhering to control standards.
- Maximise the number of digital account applications completed each month and enhance client experience throughout the process.
- Perform end-to-end review of customer-initiated NeoBiz and BCA applications, ensuring completeness and submission of mandatory documents, and provide expert guidance as needed.
- Take ownership of each allocated application, coordinating with stakeholders and interacting with clients to meet defined timelines.
