Senior Supervisor Mechanical

About the role

Penspen is urgently seeking a Senior Supervisor Mechanical for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, coordinating, supervising and executing all mechanical maintenance activities on offshore production facilities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance on offshore platforms and support facilities.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams, contractors and technicians.
• Execute preventive, predictive, corrective and shutdown maintenance programmes.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance trends and ensure equipment reliability.
• Review and approve work orders, job plans and maintenance reports.
• Participate in offshore shutdown planning and ensure timely completion.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance and conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Support Reliability‑Centered Maintenance initiatives and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 + years of experience, including at least 5 years in offshore projects.
• Proven experience on offshore production platforms and major shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Preferred background in PMC/EPC environments; ADNOC offshore experience is an advantage.
