Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for large‑scale hospitality pre‑opening projects for a semi‑government client in Dubai. The role is contract‑based for 12 months with the possibility of annual renewal and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for operational functions such as Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Retail, Spa, and Recreation.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define workforce needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Support large‑scale pre‑opening hiring initiatives and workforce mobilization projects.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑calibre talent locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, hospitality job boards, referrals and networking to source candidates.
• Conduct screenings, competency‑based interviews and talent assessments.
• Track recruitment activity, maintain records and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with employer branding standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record recruiting for luxury hotels, resorts, fine‑dining restaurants or customer‑facing service environments.
• Experience supporting hospitality pre‑openings, hotel launches or large‑scale hiring campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
