About the role
A well‑established, diversified group based in the UAE is looking for a Senior Tax Specialist to join its in‑house tax function. The role sits within a larger tax team and provides exposure to a broad portfolio of businesses across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance obligations across group entities.
- Provide tax advisory support on a range of business matters.
- Support and contribute to tax structuring projects across the diversified portfolio.
- Work independently on day‑to‑day tax matters in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborate with the wider tax team on cross‑business initiatives.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of experience in tax with a strong focus on UAE Corporate Tax.
- Demonstrated experience across tax compliance, advisory, and structuring.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable operating within a large, complex, diversified group structure.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm, Big Four environment, or in‑house tax function is a plus.
