Senior Technical Account Manager – Microsegmentation

About the role

Join Akamai's Enterprise Security Group to help enterprise customers maximize the value of Guardicore’s micro‑segmentation, ZTNA and DNS Firewall solutions. You will act as the dedicated technical resource for customers in the META region, driving optimal platform configuration and use‑case strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with platform configuration, use‑case design and value optimisation.
• Aggregate technical challenges and coordinate with Guardicore services and support for rapid resolution.
• Develop a comprehensive success plan covering the customer’s environment, processes and deployment characteristics.
• Serve as the internal champion for the customer, liaising with product, support and services teams.
• Maintain operational excellence by meeting KPIs such as Net and Gross Retention, NPS and Customer Health.

Required profile

• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity or DevOps in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls and cybersecurity principles.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and deployment experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to build solutions using scripting and APIs (e.g., Python, REST).
• Proven track record of developing relationships with stakeholders from CISO to engineers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
