Senior Vice President & Head of Cash Management Sales

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Cash Management Sales function, overseeing corporate, financial institution and business banking segments. The role will shape the bank’s transaction‑banking strategy and drive revenue growth across payments, collections, liquidity and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Cash Management Sales team and develop sales strategies to grow payments, collections, liquidity management, corporate cards, digital channels and information services revenues.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CFOs, treasurers and senior corporate stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with coverage, product, implementation and client service teams to deliver end‑to‑end transaction‑banking solutions.
• Drive CASA growth, fee income generation and overall portfolio profitability while maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline, performance reporting and forecasting framework.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor trends and ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and risk‑management requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in corporate banking, transaction banking or cash‑management sales, with a proven track record of managing large corporate and institutional client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing sales teams and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC corporate banking landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA or treasury qualifications are a plus.
