About the role
The Senior Waiter will prepare the dining hall before service, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fresh. The role also includes serving clients and supporting the captain waiter throughout service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant cleaning each morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Help the captain waiter with restaurant set‑up and mise en place preparation.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
- Transport food from kitchen to the dining hall and place plates on clients' tables.
- Change ashtrays, fill glasses with water during service, and clear tables after meals.
- Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow instructions.
