About the role
The Service Advisor is a key member of the Aftersales department, responsible for delivering high‑quality customer service, managing repair orders, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery. The role directly impacts service revenue and customer satisfaction at the dealership.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, record their requests, and collect accurate complaint details for workshop resolution.
- Create and manage repair orders, provide cost estimates, and set realistic delivery timelines.
- Oversee vehicle delivery, verify invoices against work performed, and explain services to customers.
- Achieve service revenue targets and promote value‑added services.
- Complete dealer certification requirements and participate in skill‑contest events.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3‑5 years of dealership experience, with at least 3 years as a Service Advisor.
- Strong customer handling and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with automotive business processes and ERP systems.
- Competent use of MS Office applications.
