Service Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

We are building a pool of Service Advisors to support our after‑sales network across the UAE. As the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, you will manage the entire service journey, ensuring a transparent and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
• Translate customer needs into clear service and repair requirements and guide them through the vehicle service journey.
• Coordinate with workshop teams, keep customers informed of progress, and ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Explain completed work and associated costs at handover, identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue targets.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to achieve satisfactory resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in a service advisory role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commercial mindset.
• Conversational English and basic Arabic speaking ability.

Required skills

• Good automotive technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP (preferred).
