Service Advisor – EV After‑sales

About the role

Join BYD and Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility as an EV Service Advisor, the front‑line representative for one of the world’s fastest‑growing electric vehicle brands. You will guide customers through their service journey, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and satisfying after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide expert advice on EV maintenance, repairs, and charging systems.
• Create service estimates, explain repair recommendations clearly, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, update them throughout the service process, and handle concerns professionally.
• Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages where appropriate.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with a clear explanation of all work performed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer‑facing after‑sales role within the automotive industry.
• Experience with EV or hybrid brands is highly preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred and excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Basic understanding of EV technology and charging systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
