Service Contract Executive

About the role

We are seeking an automotive Aftersales professional to manage Service Maintenance Contracts, drive customer retention, and build long‑term loyalty throughout the vehicle ownership journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activation, eligibility, utilization, expiry and renewal of Service Maintenance Contracts.
• Identify contracts nearing expiry and proactively engage customers for renewals or extensions.
• Support upselling opportunities linked to service contracts.
• Coordinate retention initiatives for service‑due, overdue, inactive and lapsed customers.
• Develop and refine contract packages, including scope, intervals, parts, labour, validity and pricing inputs.
• Run retention, seasonal service and renewal campaigns in collaboration with Service Operations, CRM, Finance and branch teams.
• Monitor campaign and contract performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or related field.
• 3–4 years of automotive Aftersales experience, preferably with service contracts and customer retention.
• Hands‑on exposure to service reminders, contract renewals and win‑back programs.
• Experience in UAE or GCC automotive markets is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good understanding of automotive Aftersales operations and customer lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Service Maintenance Contracts and contract administration.
• Experience with contract renewals, extensions and upselling.
• Understanding of CRM and customer retention activities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with automotive Dealer Management Systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder coordination skills.
