Service Manager - Cash & Liquidity Platforms

About the role

ADIB is hiring a full-time Service Manager for its Cash & Liquidity Platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role leads the solution design, architecture, integration and delivery of long-term strategic initiatives for government and large corporate customers, covering wholesale banking, global transaction banking, risk and treasury. It addresses growing technical debt and delivers end-to-end integration of WBG and BBD applications with upstream and downstream systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of critical wholesale banking solutions and lead solution design to close gaps and deliver future-proof designs.
• Provide technical solutioning for WBG and BBD products, gather customer feedback and requirements, and collaborate with IT, Design and Product teams on user experience improvements via continuous integration and agile delivery.
• Manage project rollouts, coordinate with vendors and business users, and document business requirements, change requests, data gap strategies and feeder module designs.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, legal, regulatory, audit and business continuity principles, and maintain the GRC matrix.
• Facilitate and UAT projects and change requests, support go-live and post-go-live activities, and own deployment, validation and environment readiness.
• Manage Azure cloud provisioning, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Kubernetes operations, performance tuning, DR and resiliency validation, and data migration.
• Act as single point of contact for IT requirements, manage vendor relationships, RFPs, contracts and onboarding, and oversee service requests, change requests, incidents, problems and vulnerability assessment findings.

Required profile

• In-depth knowledge of WBG and BBD products and services.
• Ability to understand business expectations, manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities, dependencies and constraints.
• Strong project leadership, vendor management and relationship management skills.
