Service Operations & Growth Leader

About the role

The Service Operations & Growth Leader is the primary architect of the Services business's long-term strategy and the operational engine that turns it into results. The role bridges strategy and P&L execution, making global service operations standardized, scalable, efficient and aligned with GE Vernova's financial and growth objectives. It covers a globally integrated portfolio of functions, Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Growth & Business Development: long-range planning, growth opportunities, market positioning, M&A and partnership evaluation, and turning market trends into business strategy.
• Operational Excellence, Lean & AI: global operational framework, process standardization, and deployment of digital, automation and AI capabilities.
• EHS & Quality: global EHS and quality strategy, standards and performance framework, with a culture of safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Global Supply Chain & CoEs: repair-shop capacity and loading, regional capability allocation, make-versus-buy decisions, strategic partnerships and cross-regional resource optimization.
• Field Operations & Resource Planning: workforce capacity planning, resource deployment, competency management, skills development and training/certification.
• Service Product Management: product portfolio and catalog governance, product lifecycle management and service-ready-by-design principles.
• PMO & Commercial Operations: project-management standards, contract-risk management, commercial governance and P&L performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of global industrial/manufacturing services leadership.
• Proven track record of leading multiple functions regionally or globally.
• Competencies: strategic vision, matrix leadership and cross-cultural communication.
