Services Senior Specialist – Business Operations

About the role

Join Baker Hughes as a Services Senior Specialist in Business Operations, focusing on coordinating technician recruitment, managing manpower records, and supporting workforce planning to ensure operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technician interviews with subject‑matter experts and develop a standardized interview process.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of technician profiles, skills, training status, certifications, assignments and utilization records.
• Monitor training records, ensure mandatory certifications are current, and communicate regularly with manpower suppliers.
• Control technician assignments to projects, track utilization, and support workforce planning by identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Provide accurate manpower reports, status updates and recommendations to operational teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manpower coordination, workforce planning, resource coordination, field services or supplier management.
• Understanding of technician skills, certifications, training requirements and deployment processes.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential personnel information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
