Sharakah Program Coordinator

About the role

The Sharakah Program Coordinator manages the day‑to‑day operations of the Sharakah Program at the American University of Sharjah, acting as the primary liaison between the university and partner schools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate school visits, student engagement activities, workshops, competitions, fairs and related events.
• Maintain relationships with partner schools, principals and counselors, and handle communications, invitations and follow‑ups.
• Prepare accurate records, reports and statistics on program activities and student leads.
• Support the Office of Enrollment Management with administrative tasks, procurement and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an academic institution.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with students, parents, schools and university stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with databases, online forms and event registration systems.
