SharePoint Developer & Administrator

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer and Administrator to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and managing SharePoint environments to support collaboration and information management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize SharePoint sites, web parts, and applications based on business requirements.
• Administer SharePoint Online and/or Server environments, managing permissions, configurations, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues, and optimize workflows, libraries, lists, and site collections.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server
• SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) – a plus
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications – highly desirable
