Shift In-Charge / Cafe Supervisor

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Shift In-Charge / Cafe Supervisor in Dubai for a full-time position in the FMCG / foods and beverage sector. The role supervises daily café operations, supports opening and closing procedures, manages the team and helps drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations, supporting opening and closing procedures including cash handling
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, stock rotation and supplier coordination
• Help with staff scheduling, attendance and performance tracking; support training of new team members
• Motivate and guide baristas and service staff
• Deliver prompt, friendly service, handle complaints professionally and build relationships with regular customers
• Assist in meeting sales targets and cost control, monitor daily sales reports and suggest improvements

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in café, coffee shop or restaurant operations
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of hygiene, food safety and customer service standards
• UAE experience preferred

Required skills

• Knowledge of café operations, POS systems and cash management
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS software)
