About the role
The Showroom Manager will lead the Freelander showroom in Abu Dhabi, driving sales performance and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to senior management within Al Tayer Motors, the role contributes to the delivery of a premium luxury automotive experience. Al Tayer Motors prides itself on an inclusive environment with a diverse team of approximately 3,000 professionals representing more than 42 nationalities, fostering growth and high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and lead showroom sales activities to achieve defined sales targets.
- Ensure smooth, efficient and effective day‑to‑day functioning of the showroom.
- Uphold the high standards of customer service and luxury experience associated with Al Tayer’s premium automotive brands.
