Site Engineer - Fitout (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

A Site Engineer - Fitout is sought to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out projects on site. The role covers managing daily site activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with subcontractors and delivering projects on time according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works
• Ensure activities follow approved drawings, project specifications and authority standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor progress of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting and MEP coordination
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues with the Project Manager and consultants
• Ensure proper sequencing between trades to avoid delays and clashes
• Inspect sites for quality workmanship and compliance, and track progress with regular reports
• Manage material deliveries, inspections and site requirements
• Enforce HSE regulations, attend client and consultant meetings, assist with as-built drawings and handover, and close site snags

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials and construction methods
• Familiarity with HSE standards and site safety practices
