Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Site Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that all work meets the required specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction operations and monitor progress against project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Verify that structural systems are installed correctly and adhere to design documents.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on the site.
• Conduct quality control checks and report any deviations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, material usage, and site inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑site project management within construction.
• Educational background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving ability to address technical and logistical challenges.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
• Experience with marble, tile, or specialty construction materials is a plus.
