Site Manager – Operations Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Leader to drive production ramp‑up, ensure process excellence, and lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Site Manager will be responsible for safe, high‑quality output while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead plant operations including production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high‑performing team.
• Set up materials, machinery, and personnel to create efficient production lines.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Saudi and US sites.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and corporate leadership.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 3 years of experience with welding, cutting, forming, fabrication, and quality specifications.
• Strong knowledge of production management, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement tools.
