Site Manager – Thermal Power Plant (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the supervision team for a large‑scale thermal power plant project in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the senior on‑site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary activities and ensuring safe, timely delivery of the works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all site supervision activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Serve as the main focal point for project execution and coordination with client, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Implement HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Review site reports, construction updates, inspection findings, and progress status.
• Support resolution of technical issues, non‑conformities, and interface matters.
• Ensure works are executed in line with schedule, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise and guide the multidisciplinary site team to maintain efficient execution and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in power‑plant or major industrial construction projects.
• Strong background in thermal power‑plant projects, preferably combined‑cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plants.
• Proven track record in site management, construction supervision, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prior Middle‑East project experience is a plus.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams on large EPC or owner‑engineer assignments.
