Site Supervisor - Fit-out and Construction

About the role
Nexar Group is looking for a Site Supervisor based in Dubai, with sites across the UAE. This is a full-time position running day-to-day work on site, keeping crews safe, on programme and to specification.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise trade teams and foremen on site every day.
- Maintain work in line with the drawings, specification and programme.
- Check each stage before the next trade starts and record progress.
- Keep the site safe, clean and compliant with HSE rules.
- Report progress and issues to the engineer and the operations manager.
Required profile
- Several years of site supervision on fit-out, flooring or construction projects in the UAE.
- Good understanding of finishing trades and site safety.
- Able to read drawings and lead a team.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
