Skilled Mason – Construction Site (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mason to join our on‑site construction team in Dubai. You will work full‑time on a variety of building projects, ensuring high‑quality brick, block and stone work while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, mix mortar and apply cement‑based materials according to project specifications.
• Lay, align and finish brickwork, blockwork and stonework for structural and decorative purposes.
• Execute plastering and other masonry finishes, maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet timelines and ensure structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mason on building or contracting projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Ability to read basic drawings, measurements and site instructions.
• Physical fitness for manual labour, including lifting and working outdoors.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work well within diverse site teams.

Required skills

• Masonry and general cement work (mixing, pouring, finishing).
• Bricklaying – laying, aligning and joint finishing.
• Stonework – cutting, shaping and installing natural or manufactured stone.
• Renovation – repair, restoration and refurbishment of existing masonry structures.
• Reading construction drawings and interpreting site instructions.
