Social Media Account Manager (Fashion Background)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, fashion‑forward Social Media Account Manager to elevate our organic social presence, drive high‑impact campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and paid social media/content strategies, creating an annual brand calendar with multiple high‑impact campaigns.
• Proactively engage, negotiate, and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and PR agencies to deliver successful campaigns.
• Direct and brief the in‑house Content Creator, providing clear scripting, ideation, and visual direction.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to continuously optimise future content planning.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing fashion or lifestyle brands, with a portfolio demonstrating organic growth and successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the GCC fashion market, trends, and consumer behaviour.
• Strong project‑management skills to coordinate with design, supply‑chain, and marketing teams.
• Exceptional copywriting, scripting, and communication abilities.
