Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Robot24.com is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager in Dubai (on-site) who is curious about robots, AI and the technology shaping the future. The role turns followers into a community and keeps the conversation going across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. It suits someone who spots the conversation themselves and learns fast.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across the six platforms, adapting each story to the right format and audience
• Plan and maintain the content calendar with the Editorial and Video teams
• Write captions, hooks and copy, and reply to comments and messages in the Robot24.com tone
• Turn tech news, trends, top comments and audience reactions into content ideas
• Flag negative comments, misinformation or sensitive issues early and handle them responsibly
• Track reach, engagement, watch time and follower growth, and share weekly insights
• Support creator collaborations, giveaways, live sessions and community activations
• Work closely with Editorial, Social Media, Video and Production teams

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of professional social media or community management experience
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling and tone
• Strong understanding of each platform's formats, algorithms and trends
• Interest in robotics, AI and technology
• Ability to write quickly and accurately in a friendly, engaging voice
• Good judgement on sensitive topics and ability to handle several channels and deadlines

Required skills

• Scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social or Hootsuite
• Desirable: degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Media; experience in news, media, tech or brand environments
• Desirable: basic video editing or design (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro), social listening tools, own engaged social accounts
