Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

A single person will own social media and content end to end for two early-stage brands: CLB House Renovations, a Dubai renovation and fit-out contractor, and OWNRSCLB, a members' club and platform for property owners. It is a hybrid role reporting directly to the CEO, Charles Mpi, with the candidate deciding what to make and why, and shooting the content themselves.

Key responsibilities

• Set content strategy and direction for both brands, including which platforms to invest in, define content pillars and turn brand positioning into performing concepts
• Own a content calendar, stay on top of algorithm and format shifts, and adapt what is produced
• Shoot photo and video on live sites, completed projects and member events, and edit reels, stories and static content to a premium standard
• Write copy for posts, captions and profiles, and produce most content in-house while briefing, costing and managing freelancers for drone, large shoots and animation
• Build an organised content library, publish and schedule content, handle comments and DMs, and route genuine enquiries
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries generated, run tests and feed learnings back into strategy

Required profile

• 2+ years running social media for a brand, agency or personal channels, with results you can point to
• Ability to shoot and edit; work samples will be asked for
• Strong short-form video skills, shooting on a phone or camera and cutting reels that hold attention
• Fluent written English and an ear for tone
• Organisation to run a two-brand calendar without being chased, and comfort on active construction sites and in client homes
• Nice to have: property, interiors, construction, hospitality or luxury experience; Dubai-based with a feel for the market; design skills in Figma, Canva or Adobe; paid social experience; Arabic alongside English; UAE driving licence

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or DaVinci (output matters more than the software)
• Understanding of how Instagram and TikTok reward content
