Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive to support and grow our clients’ digital presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and cross‑functional teams to produce engaging content, monitor trends and help execute campaigns in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Social Media Manager in handling up to three client accounts, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and content coordination.
• Brief, track and follow up with copywriters, designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor platform activity and emerging trends, providing recommendations to keep content relevant.
• Schedule and publish approved posts using Meta Business Suite, Sprout or similar tools.
• Compile analytics and insights for weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support live coverage at client events, capturing basic content via mobile.
• Maintain records of feedback, document minutes from meetings and flag out‑of‑scope requests.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a UAE‑based agency environment.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Experience with corporate, government or semi‑government accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter).
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Sprout (or similar scheduling tools).
• Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Sprout.
• Basic knowledge of content strategy and campaign planning.
• Experience with task‑management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
