Social Media Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Social Media Executive for a real estate company in Dubai. The role manages and enhances the company's online presence across social media platforms, working with the marketing team to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives, based on market research and audience insights
• Create and curate content (text, images, videos, infographics) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok, and maintain content calendars
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers and videographers on visuals and videos
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages, and organize events, contests and giveaways
• Track performance with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite or native analytics, and provide monthly reports to the marketing manager
• Drive traffic to the company website and generate leads, and develop and optimize paid social campaigns
• Work with the sales team and external agencies, influencers and partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in real estate
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Social media management, content creation and curation, analytics and reporting, customer engagement and strategic planning
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC and web traffic metrics is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques is an advantage
• Basic graphic design and video editing preferred
