Social Media Influencer Intern – Personal Branding

About the role

RG Group is looking for a creative Social Media Influencer Intern to support personal branding initiatives for its leadership team. You will help shape the digital voice of the company, produce engaging content, and contribute to innovative marketing projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing personal branding strategies for company leaders.
• Create graphics, reels, presentations and other multimedia assets using basic design and video‑editing tools.
• Produce high‑quality, on‑brand content that aligns with the company’s voice and vision.
• Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent communication.
• Research industry trends, audience behavior and content opportunities to generate fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse engagement data and suggest improvements.
• Support campaign planning and contribute innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, personal branding or related fields.
• Strong storytelling, writing and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic design and video‑editing using Canva.
• Basic design and video‑editing using CapCut.
