Social Media Manager (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

Blaxity is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its presence across key social platforms. This full‑time hybrid position, based in Dubai, will shape community engagement, create compelling content, and drive brand awareness for a polyamorous‑focused social network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with Blaxity’s inclusive brand voice.
• Create and schedule posts and campaigns for daily publishing on major platforms.
• Monitor platform analytics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and report performance metrics.
• Engage with community members, respond to messages and comments, and foster respectful communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross‑functional campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, relationship‑related topics, and community‑building best practices.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with a diverse community and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in content strategy and writing to produce consistent, inclusive, on‑brand messaging.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise to improve visibility, reach, and performance.
• Relevant experience managing online communities or social platforms, preferably in lifestyle, relationship, or niche social networks.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (native platform insights, third‑party dashboards) and ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
• Capability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai, manage time efficiently, and collaborate within a small, fast‑moving team.
• Understanding of inclusive communication practices and sensitivity to diverse relationship structures and identities.
