Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee Mintlayer’s presence on Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and Discord. The role focuses on engaging the community, answering questions and helping solve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Mintlayer’s channels on Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and Discord.
• Interact with community members by answering questions and facilitating discussions.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost community engagement.
• Monitor social media for trends, feedback and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Address and resolve community issues with timely, accurate responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and community moderation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple social media channels in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the blockchain and finance sectors.
