Social Media Manager

About the role

Minimalist.ae, a Dubai‑based luxury brand specializing in watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather goods, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end social media strategy, from ideation through execution, to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars and campaigns.
• Implement, measure and optimise social media strategies and paid campaigns.
• Translate design concepts into social‑ready assets and maintain an organised asset library.
• Manage hashtags, identify sales occasions and special‑offer opportunities.
• Copywrite social media posts and email blasts; plan, send, measure and optimise email campaigns.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to spot trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of managerial digital‑marketing experience in a UAE e‑commerce startup or luxury fashion/watches company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat (including ad management).
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, G‑Suite and social‑media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite for basic graphic design tasks.
