Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Peko, an all‑in‑one platform for payments, expenses, travel, insurance and workflow automation, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join its Dubai office. You will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of social media campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies across key social platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish posts while managing community interactions.
• Monitor social channels for trends, opportunities and brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social activities with broader digital initiatives.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency and oversee Social Media Optimisation (SMO) efforts.
• Support product announcements and campaign launches with targeted social content.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing, campaign planning and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for clear messaging and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven ability to design and execute content strategies that meet business goals.
• Experience with SMO techniques to improve reach and visibility.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing integration and performance optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with social media analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a tech or B2B environment is a plus.
