Social Media & Marketing Officer

About the role

Windmills Group, a UAE-based asset valuation, building consulting and management advisory firm founded in 2016, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Officer. The role builds and executes the company's social media strategy, produces engaging content and supports the design of corporate and research materials. It suits someone who combines strong writing with a good design sense and understands professional audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run strategies to grow followers and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook)
• Plan, write and manage daily social media content: posts, stories, captions and descriptions
• Write, design and distribute regular newsletters to clients and subscribers about company updates, market insights and services
• Use Canva to design social media graphics, corporate profile decks and market research report layouts
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with company activities, industry news and campaigns
• Keep content consistent with the brand voice, tone and visual identity
• Track engagement metrics and follower growth, and adjust the content strategy accordingly
• Work with management and valuation teams to turn technical content into accessible material

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; corporate/professional services experience is a plus
• Proven track record of growing social media followers and engagement, especially on LinkedIn
• Strong written communication, with experience writing newsletters or corporate content
• Detail-oriented and able to handle several content pieces at once
• An understanding of finance, real estate or valuation is an advantage but not required
