Social Media & Marketing Specialist

About the role

GLMA Agency, a leading digital marketing firm in Dubai, is looking for a creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and lead generation for its diverse client portfolio. The role involves crafting engaging content, managing multiple social platforms, and supporting digital campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and comprehensive marketing plans.
• Write compelling captions, copy and campaign messaging.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and other content creators.
• Handle community engagement, respond to messages and moderate comments.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads on Meta and Google.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and identify opportunities for increased engagement and lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of content creation, social media strategy and campaign execution.
• Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
