Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise social media campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase audience engagement across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑quality visual and video content (Reels, short‑form videos, carousels, stories) for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Film, edit and produce video assets in‑house, staying current with platform trends, sounds and formats.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand voice and business goals.
• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to grow community and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate monthly analytics reports and optimise content based on insights.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and direct messages.
• Identify, negotiate with and coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, tracking campaign performance.
• Support paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, assisting with budgeting, targeting and performance optimisation.
• Produce real‑time content for events and coordinate multi‑channel campaign roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Experience working in marketing agencies handling multiple industries and accounts is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
