Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn presence and support integrated digital campaigns. The role will ensure that all social content aligns with Andersen’s global brand standards and amplifies thought‑leadership initiatives across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Andersen’s official social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, following global brand and communication guidelines.
• Plan, create and maintain a structured content calendar that reflects firm priorities, service lines and leadership direction.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and social media campaigns for new service launches, events, thought‑leadership reports and client‑focused initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content development, approvals and execution with internal stakeholders.
• Repurpose approved thought‑leadership content into engaging digital formats for social media amplification.
• Deliver structured social media support for firm events and priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with on‑ground activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to Andersen’s global brand guidelines, regulatory requirements and approval processes.
• Monitor and analyse social media and campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights for optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within professional services, consulting or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is preferred.

• Proficiency in managing LinkedIn for corporate or professional services brands.
