Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Be You Clinic is looking for a full‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead its digital presence in Dubai. You will create and execute social media campaigns that reflect the clinic’s brand and aesthetic services, driving engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat.
• Create compelling visual and written content aligned with the clinic’s brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience insights and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversion.
• Coordinate with clinical and front‑desk teams to promote services, offers and special events.
• Respond to online inquiries, comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with external marketing partners to ensure a consistent digital brand experience.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing and content‑creation expertise.
• Solid digital marketing knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan campaigns, analyse data and optimise content for engagement.
• Creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling, preferably with experience in beauty, wellness or healthcare.
