About the role

We are a leading real‑estate development company seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our brand presence across all markets. You will use AI‑powered content tools to create, schedule, and optimise engaging posts, while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Implement social‑media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Create and adapt posts, captions, visuals and short‑form videos, coordinating with designers.
• Use AI copywriting and video‑repurposing tools to scale output while preserving brand voice.
• Manage daily account activity, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth) and produce insight‑driven reports.
• Support paid campaigns, collaborate on promotions, and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities using social‑listening tools.
• Maintain brand consistency and manage online reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in social‑media or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with AI content generation tools.
• Familiarity with fast‑paced or agency environments.
