Social Media Specialist – Agency Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Specialist with solid agency experience to design and execute monthly social media strategies for a portfolio of clients in Dubai. The role involves translating brand objectives into engaging content and measurable results across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience.
• Create structured monthly content calendars, including campaign planning and content pillars.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of social media activities on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Collaborate with design, content and account‑management teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging best practices.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a social media or digital marketing agency.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, content development and campaign execution.
• Ability to manage several brands and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
