Content Strategist (Fintech)

About the role

A leading Fintech organisation is looking for a Content Strategist for an 8-month contract, outsourced through Manpower Middle East. The role blends strategy and creativity to drive digital storytelling, develop strategic playbooks, lead creative ideation and build multi-platform social strategies aligned with business priorities, while managing several projects in a fast-paced environment across the CEMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategic playbooks that align business objectives with creative direction.
• Build and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Lead creative ideation sessions for campaigns, content and brand initiatives.
• Manage and contribute to multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Translate audience insights into engaging, audience-focused storytelling.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt strategies to local market nuances.
• Monitor performance metrics and give actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging digital platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Proven experience in content strategy, creative strategy or social media.
• Proven experience delivering multi-platform campaigns.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
