Software Consulting Engineering Technical Leader

About the role

You will join a global team of experts delivering security, visibility and AI‑driven insights to customers. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, leading strategic engagements and providing hands‑on technical support at the customer site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements, business reviews and KPI communication with customer leadership.
• Leverage analytics and AI tools to anticipate needs, design innovative solutions and streamline workflows.
• Provide technical leadership across software engineering and integration, coordinating with Cisco DevOps, service delivery and product management.
• Visit the customer site in Dubai as needed to build relationships and deliver immediate support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in customer success, technical support or engineering in a high‑tech B2B environment.
• Proficiency with case management tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Native Arabic and professional English fluency for stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• LTE/5G networks and telecom protocols.
• IoT solution expertise.
• Troubleshooting with Wireshark, Splunk or SQL.
• Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS platforms and AI adoption.
