Software Craftsperson – Full‑Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Software Craftsperson who will design, build, and maintain production‑grade applications within a modern ERP ecosystem. The role offers high autonomy, allowing you to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while shaping system architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications in the Frappe bench ecosystem, extending ERPNext functionality.
• Create and configure custom DocTypes, fields, workflows, and business logic.
• Build hooks, controllers, and REST APIs with proper role‑based access control.
• Debug and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions and translate needs into technical designs.
• Contribute to deployment, UAT, and smooth feature adoption.
• Maintain high‑quality code using Git, conduct code reviews, and follow engineering best practices.
• Improve system observability, developer experience, and engineering standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience with the Frappe framework and ERPNext ecosystem.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently without heavy supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating with users and cross‑functional teams.
