Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design, build and deploy resilient, scalable web applications for a diverse client base. You will own end‑to‑end technical execution, turning ambiguous client needs into production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Independently design and implement front‑end, back‑end APIs and data storage solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Establish best practices for clean code, testing (unit, integration, E2E), security and CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive software experiences.
• Architect modular, reusable components and frameworks for rapid client customization.
• Lead prototyping of advanced features such as real‑time data integration and highly interactive UIs.
• Utilise AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development while ensuring human oversight.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in a modern front‑end framework (React/ReactNative) and a back‑end environment (Node.js/Express, Java Spring Boot, Python, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience architecting and deploying on major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, OCI, Azure) with CI/CD, monitoring and containerisation (Docker).
• Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, serverless functions and networking.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems, define clear solutions and communicate decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
